The Pub opened on the ides of March, 1978 and has been a favorite gathering place of young and old. The Pub has been voted the Best Neighborhood Bar, having the Best Tavern Food, and also the Best Sunday Brunch, by the readers of Evansville Living Magazine. The Evansville Courier Press newspaper readers have voted The Pub the Best Bar and Best After Work Gathering Place. During the early years, Wolf’s primary customers were grocery stores and taverns located in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. Today the brother and sister team of Terry and Kim Wolf continues to carry on the tradition of excellence, providing the tri-state with top quality Bar-B-Q ribs, chicken and pork pit.
